User Agreement

This agreement governs the use of the website katrin-style.com, the Telegram bot @katrin_style_bot and the Telegram mini-app of the Maine Coon cattery «Katrin Style*Ru». By starting to use the service, you accept these terms.

1. About the Service

The website and bot introduce you to the cattery and our animals: they showcase kittens and breeding cats, litters, colors, documents, and purchase conditions. The information is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.

2. Account

Some functions (favorites, notification subscriptions, booking) are available after registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and for safeguarding access to your account. We may restrict access if these rules are violated.

3. Booking and Purchase

Kitten booking is confirmed after agreement with the cattery. Purchase terms, cost, prepayment, animal transfer dates, and delivery are formalized in the sales agreement. A prepayment (deposit) confirms intent and reserves the kitten for you for the agreed period.

We transfer the kitten vaccinated, with a veterinary passport and pedigree documents, unless otherwise specified in the description of a particular animal.

4. Reviews and Comments

By leaving a review or comment, you are responsible for its content. We reserve the right to remove materials that contain insults, spam, advertisements, or violate the law.

5. Rights to Materials

Photographs, texts, and the website design belong to the cattery. They may not be used without our written consent. We apply a watermark to photographs and ask that you respect our work.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for uninterrupted service operation, but do not guarantee the absence of technical failures and interruptions. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites, links to which may be placed on the service pages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update this agreement. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the changes.
